Frequently Asked Questions

First, place one foot on the pedal, push off with the other foot, place both feet on the footboard, keep your balance, and lightly press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake abruptly.

Note: The electric scooter only starts operating when it is in gliding mode and reaches a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V-series electric scooters are suitable for people aged 16 to 50 and with a height of 120 cm to 200 cm; the maximum load capacity is 120 kg. Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited; in addition, driving is not permitted if drugs that could impair judgment have been taken.

Lithium Battery

As soon as the scooter battery charge level drops below 30%, the battery goes into sleep mode and cannot be switched on. In this case, charge the scooter for at least 3 seconds to deactivate or exit sleep mode.

In daily use, avoid fully discharging the battery before charging; instead, try to charge it while it's in use – this can significantly extend the battery's lifespan. Additionally, the battery achieves greater range and performance when used at room temperature. When used in an environment below 0 °C, both the battery's lifespan and performance decrease. Typically, the range at -20 °C can be only half or less than at room temperature. Avoid using the battery in an environment below 0 °C or above 45 °C. Avoid storing the battery in an environment below -20 °C or above 50 °C. If the scooter is not used for more than 30 days, please charge the battery to about 80% and store it in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to fully charge the battery every 1 to 2 months to extend its lifespan.

Note:
  • If the battery is not charged in time, there is a risk of deep discharge and resulting damage. This damage is irreparable. A battery damaged by prolonged non-charging cannot be recharged; moreover, such damage is not covered by the free warranty.
  • Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect it from the power supply to avoid overcharging, which can damage the battery over time.
  • The battery should be charged at a temperature between 0 °C and 40 °C. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged.
  • If the vehicle is not used for a long period, ensure that the battery is charged to at least 80% every six months and stored in a cool, dry place to avoid high temperatures and humidity.

During the e-scooter ride, energy recovery is activated as soon as you apply the brake lever or release the throttle to coast; a portion of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy to be stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase range while also providing a braking effect. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Weak". After connecting to the Navee app, scroll all the way down on the product's main page; there you can set the intensity of energy recovery. The default setting is "Weak", but you can choose between three levels: "Weak", "Medium", and "Strong".

The water protection class of NAVEE N-series e-scooters is IPX4; for all S and V-series models, it is IPX5 (IPX5 allows riding in light rain for a short period. However, riding in heavy rain or storms is not recommended. After riding, it is advised to dry the e-scooter, especially the battery compartment and charging port).
In the interest of users' personal safety, it is still not recommended to ride in rainy weather, as wet roads are slippery and can lead to falls or injuries. For personal safety reasons, riding in extreme weather conditions is prohibited.

  • Connect the valve attachment to the air pump.
  • Unscrew the valve cap from the tire valve, connect the valve attachment to the tire valve, and screw it on tightly.
  • Inflate the tire.

Note: The recommended tire pressure for front and rear tires is 45 psi. We also recommend checking the tire pressure regularly before each use, as correctly adjusted air pressure ensures better performance and a longer tire life. Overinflation can lead to an uncomfortable ride and increase the risk of tire damage.
