Return Policy

Products purchased from the NAVEE Store can be returned within 30 days from the order date under the following conditions:

Unopened Items

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Return shipping costs will be covered by NAVEE.

Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If the item received is incorrect or does not match the product description, NAVEE will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Opened or Used Items

If returned within 30 days, a restocking fee of €20 will apply.

Return shipping costs will still be covered by NAVEE.

Refused Deliveries

If the package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping and return shipping costs, totaling €40.

To request a return, please contact us at service_de@navee.tech and provide the following information:
- Reason for return
- Your order number (receipt or proof of purchase)
- Serial number of the device being returned
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact us via email at service_de@navee.tech with your order number and details about the return or exchange.
Step 2: Ship Your Product
Once your request is approved, carefully pack the product in its original condition and affix the return label provided by our customer service to the shipping box. Then, send the package to our return address in Cologne, Germany.
Step 3: Receive Confirmation
After we receive the product, we will process your return or exchange within 2–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Once the required conditions are met and the necessary information is provided, we will issue an RMA number along with shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage to the product during transit.
- Since the product contains lithium-ion batteries, it must be shipped following all applicable regulations. Please inform the carrier about the battery before shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
- Returns are subject to processing fees and return shipping costs.
- For replacement products due to defects or incorrect shipments, NAVEE will cover the return shipping cost and waive any restocking fees.
If the returned product is not defective, was incorrectly ordered, or does not match the website description, the item will either be returned to the customer at their cost, or NAVEE will deduct the return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees from the refund amount.
Refunds for Online Payments
- The refund amount is subject to the exchange rate on the day of the refund. Due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment amount.
- Payments are processed in EUR. If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank will convert the refund to EUR. NAVEE has no control over this currency conversion process.
Price Guarantee & Promotions
- Flash sale discounts and promotions are only valid on the sale day.
- If a recently purchased NAVEE product goes on sale at a lower price during a flash sale, you cannot request a refund for the price difference under NAVEE’s Price Protection Policy.
Return of Reward Points
- If you return a NAVEE product, any reward points earned from the purchase will be forfeited.
- Once the return is recorded, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
The reward points return policy applies to all products. NAVEE reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.
