【350W rear-wheel motor with 18% gradeability】The powerful motor can handle gradients of up to 18% even with a 110 kg payload, supported by three intelligent riding modes (6/15/20 km/h) for pedestrian zones and parks. The thermal management system prevents overheating even during continuous use, while optimized heat dissipation ensures efficiency.
【50 km range & smart energy recovery】The 358 Wh battery enables a range of up to 50 km in economy mode – enough for a 3-4 day commute. The app-controlled system stores 15% of the braking energy, combined with BMS battery management for longevity and safety.
【Professional Dual Brake System with TCS】The innovative combined braking system with drum brakes at the front and EABS technology at the rear guarantees smooth braking even on wet roads or leafy trails, complemented by integrated TCS traction control to prevent skidding in rain or snow. The 10-inch tubeless tires with dual suspension handle even cobblestones in old towns—ideal for city commuters and night shifts (TÜV-tested safety).
【Quadruple Suspension with 40% Shock Reduction】The dual suspension system (front fork and rear suspension) reduces vibrations by 40% compared to standard models, according to NAVEE laboratory tests*, specifically designed for old-town pavement and construction sites. The automatic progressive damping adjusts from 6-20 km/h and up to 110 kg, with a 12-stage spring adjustment for continuous comfort.
【Foldable Premium Design with IPX5】Folds to 54 cm in seconds for space-saving storage on the subway or in the car, equipped with Apple Find My tracking, automatic LED headlights, and street-legal lighting. IPX5 water resistance and a 2-year warranty with German customer service.

FAQ on electromobility for NAVEE
First, place one foot on the pedals, push off with the other foot, and then place the other foot on the pedals as well. Maintain your balance and gently press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden acceleration or braking. Note: The e-scooter will only start moving when in glide mode and traveling at a speed of at least 5 km/h.
NAVEE's V-series e-scooters are suitable for people between 16 and 50 years old and between 1.20 and 2.00 meters tall. The maximum payload is 120 kg. Do not ride if you have consumed alcohol or taken medication that may impair your judgment.
Briefly press the power button twice to switch between the different driving modes. The maximum speed in pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, the maximum speed in standard mode (D) is 20 km/h, and the maximum speed in sport mode (S) is 25 km/h. Please do not change driving modes while driving. Note: Due to country-specific regulations, the maximum speed of D and S modes may differ from that described above. For further information, please refer to local laws and regulations.
When you brake while riding or release the throttle to coast, energy recovery begins, converting some of the kinetic energy into electrical energy. This energy is then stored for later use. Energy recovery can increase the range and also assists braking. We recommend setting the "low" level for the first use. After connecting to the NAVEE app, scroll down on the main interface. Here you can set the energy recovery level. In addition to the default "low," you can also choose between "medium" and "high."
Each model has a specific range, which can be found in the respective model's user manual. The average range is measured under the following conditions: a fully charged battery, no wind, a temperature of 25°C, a constant speed of 15 km/h on a level road, and a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the payload, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, battery life, riding mode, and riding behavior (sudden acceleration/deceleration), etc.
The vehicle's unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE app. This QR code can be obtained in the following ways: After connecting to the app, go to the app's homepage/main interface: [More functions] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR code], view the QR code, and save the screenshot. The vehicle's QR code can be found on the sticker at the rear of the dashboard, on the right side of the footrest, and on the back of the user manual.
If you activate the lock function in the NAVEE app, the vehicle will enter the "Motor Lock" state and automatically turn off after 24 hours. The motor will remain locked when the scooter is turned on again. If the vehicle is pushed while locked, an alarm will sound on the dashboard and the scooter control buttons will be disabled. This function cannot prevent theft, so please keep an eye on the vehicle. The scooter's battery will continue to drain while using the lock function, so use this function only when necessary.
When the headlights are turned on, the brightness of the dashboard display is reduced. When the headlights are turned off, the brightness of the dashboard display returns to its original brightness.
If the temperature icon on the dashboard is flashing, it means the battery temperature is too high or too low. In this case, the scooter's acceleration will decrease, making it impossible to drive or charge. The scooter should not be used or charged until the operating temperature returns to normal.
