Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship within Germany.

We do not deliver to the following addresses:

  • Standard P.O. boxes or rural P.O. boxes.
  • USPS, FedEx, or other types of parcel lockers.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time:

Due to the nature of the goods, shipping is only possible via ground transportation.

After placing your order, the warehouse will process the shipment within two business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery will take 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or Fridays will likely be processed and shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany, via DPD.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping for orders over €99.
  • A shipping fee of €15 applies to physical orders under €99.
  • No shipping costs apply to digital services or service products.

Processing Time:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders).

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers may request a cancellation only if we are unable to ship the order within 7 business days.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may also cancel it.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. After your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time on the courier's website using your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available in the system after placing an order.
