If the remote control does not work, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Press the menu button five times in a row. The signal indicator on the dashboard will start to flash, indicating pairing mode. Press the power button or either of the two power-assist buttons to confirm pairing. If both the signal indicator and the battery indicator light up continuously, pairing was successful.
2. Make sure the remote control is powered. If not, please charge it.

First, place one foot on the pedal, extend the other foot behind you, place both feet on the footboard, and maintain your balance. Then, gently press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake abruptly. Note: The electric scooter will only start when it is in gliding mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V-Series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50 with a height of 120 cm to 200 cm; the maximum load capacity is 120 kg. Driving after consuming alcohol is prohibited; do not drive if you have taken drugs that could impair your judgment.

When you press the brake lever or release the throttle to coast while riding, energy recovery is activated, and some of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy, which is stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range and also provides a braking effect. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Weak". After connecting to the Navee app, scroll to the bottom of the product's main interface; you can adjust the intensity of energy recovery; the default setting is "weak", but you can choose between three levels, such as "weak", "medium", and "strong".

Each model has a different range, which can be found in the respective user manual. However, the typical range is generally measured with a full charge, in calm conditions, at a temperature of 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a level surface, and with a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, battery cycle index, riding mode, and the user's riding habits (sudden acceleration and braking, etc.).

The vehicle's unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE app. You can obtain this QR code as follows: After connecting to the app, go to the app's home/main view: [More features] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR code], display the QR code, and save a screenshot. The vehicle QR code can also be found on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the driver's deck, and on the back of the owner's manual.

After activating the lock switch in the NAVEE app, the vehicle will enter engine lock mode and automatically shut down after 24 hours. The engine will remain locked if restarted. If you push-start the vehicle while locked, an alarm will sound on the dashboard, and the vehicle's buttons will be disabled. This feature does not prevent theft; therefore, please keep a close eye on your vehicle. Using the lock function drains the scooter's battery; please use this function judiciously.
