If the remote control does not work, proceed as follows to troubleshoot:

1. Press the menu button five times in a row. The signal light on the dashboard will start flashing, indicating pairing mode. Press the power button or either of the two power-assist buttons to confirm pairing. If both the signal light and the battery light glow steadily, pairing was successful.

2. Make sure that the remote control has enough power. If not, please charge it.

First, place one foot on the pedal, extend the other foot backward, place both feet on the footboard and balance yourself. Then, lightly press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a consistent speed and never accelerate or brake suddenly. Note: The electric scooter will not start until it is in gliding mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16-50 years, with a height of 120cm-200cm, and a maximum load of 120kg. It is forbidden to ride after drinking alcohol; do not ride if you have taken drugs that may impair your judgment.

Press the power button twice in quick succession to switch between the different riding modes. The maximum speed in pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, in standard mode (D) 20 km/h, and in sport mode (S) 20 km/h. Please do not change the riding mode while riding the scooter. Note: Depending on the regulations of individual countries, the maximum speed of modes D and S may differ from the description above. Please refer to local laws and regulations for more information.

When you press the brake lever or release the throttle to coast while riding, energy recovery is activated, and some of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy, which is stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range while providing a braking effect. When using it for the first time, it is recommended to set the level to "Weak". After connecting to the Navee app, if you scroll down on the product's main interface, you can adjust the intensity of energy recovery. The default setting is "Weak", but you can choose between three levels, such as "Weak", "Medium", and "Strong".

Each model has a different range, which can be found in the respective user manual. However, the typical range is usually measured at full charge, in calm conditions and at a temperature of 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road and with a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, battery cycle index, driving mode and the user's driving habits (sudden acceleration and braking or not), etc.

The vehicle's unique QR code is required for connecting to the NAVEE app. You can obtain this QR code in the following ways: After connecting to the app, navigate to the app's homepage/main view: [More Functions] - [Settings] - [Vehicle QR Code], display the QR code, and save a screenshot. The vehicle QR code can be found on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, in the right area of the footboard, and on the back of the instruction manual.

After you activate the lock button in the NAVEE app, the vehicle will enter the motor lock state and automatically shut down after 24 hours. The motor will remain locked if it is restarted. If you push the vehicle while it is locked, an alarm will sound on the dashboard, and the vehicle's buttons will be deactivated. This feature cannot prevent vehicle theft, so please take good care of your vehicle. Using the lock function consumes the scooter's battery, so please use this function...Using the lock function drains the scooter's battery; therefore, please use this function with caution.
