If the remote control cannot be used, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Press the Menu button five times in a row. The signal indicator on the dashboard will then start flashing to indicate pairing mode. Press the Power button or one of the two Assist buttons to confirm pairing. Once both the signal indicator and the battery indicator light up continuously, pairing was successful.
2. Make sure the remote control has power. If there is no power, please charge the remote control.

First, place one foot on the pedal, push off with the other foot, place both feet on the footboard, balance, and gently press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake abruptly. Note: The electric scooter will only start operating when it is gliding and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V-series electric scooters are suitable for people aged 16 to 50 and with a height of 120 cm to 200 cm; the maximum load capacity is 120 kg. Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited; in addition, driving is not permitted if drugs that could impair judgment have been taken.

Press the power button twice in quick succession to switch between the different riding modes. The maximum speed in pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, in standard mode (D) it is 20 km/h and in sport mode (S) it is 20 km/h. Please do not change the riding mode while riding. Note: Depending on the regulations of the respective country, the maximum speeds in modes D and S may differ from the description above. Please refer to local laws and regulations for further details.

When riding the e-scooter, energy recovery is activated by pressing the brake lever or releasing the throttle to coast. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy to be stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range and simultaneously provide a braking effect. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Weak". After connecting to the Navee app, you can set the intensity of energy recovery by scrolling to the bottom of the product's main view. The default setting is "Weak", but you can choose between three levels: "Weak", "Medium", and "Strong".

Each model has a specific range, which can be found in the respective user manual. However, the typical range is usually determined under the following conditions: with a fully charged battery, no wind, an ambient temperature of 25 °C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road, and a load of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, wind conditions, road surface, tire pressure, battery life (charge cycles), driving mode, and the user's driving behavior (e.g., frequent abrupt acceleration and braking).

The vehicle's unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE app. This QR code can be retrieved as follows: After connecting to the app, go to the scooter's homepage or main interface within the app: [More functions] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR code], retrieve the QR code and take a screenshot. Alternatively, the vehicle QR code can be found by checking the sticker on the back of the dashboard, in the right area of the footboard, or on the back of the user manual.

After pressing the lock button in the NAVEE app, the vehicle enters motor lock mode and automatically switches off after 24 hours. The motor remains locked even after being switched on again. If the vehicle is pushed while locked, the display emits an alarm sound, and the vehicle's control buttons are non-functional. This feature cannot prevent vehicle theft; therefore, please take good care of your vehicle. Using the lock function consumes battery power; therefore, please use this feature carefully.

Once the headlights are switched on, the brightness of the instrument display is reduced; when the headlights are switched off, the display returns to its original brightness.

If the thermometer symbol on the dashboard flashes, it indicates that the battery temperature is too high or too low. In this case, the scooter's acceleration decreases; this may result in the scooter being unable to be ridden or charged. Do not attempt to use or charge the device again until the battery temperature has returned to the normal operating range.
