Got questions? We've got the Navee answers.

Try to switch off the scooter via the app. If it switches off correctly, the on/off switch is defective and the display should be replaced.

  1. Check that the on/off button below the display springs back correctly.
  2. Connect the charger to the scooter. The display should automatically turn on and show the charging status. If it does not, check the connection between the display and the main control unit for any damage. Replace damaged components if necessary.
  3. Connect the charger to the scooter and charge it for 30 minutes. If the scooter still does not turn on afterwards, dismantle the handlebars and check if pins in the handlebar connection cable's plug are bent. If they are, carefully straighten the pins with tweezers and reconnect the cable.

1. First, connect to the e-scooter via the Navee app and check the battery temperature (the permissible temperature range for charging is between 0°C and 45°C). If the battery temperature is outside this range, place the scooter indoors and let it rest there for at least 30 minutes before attempting to charge it again. If the device still cannot be charged afterwards, the battery may be defective and needs to be replaced. If, however, the charging process returns to normal, the scooter is working perfectly and the problem is solved.
2. Plug the charger into a power outlet without connecting it to the scooter and check the status of the charging indicator:
a. If the charger's indicator light is permanently red or not lit at all, the charger is defective and needs to be replaced.
b. If the charger's indicator light is permanently green, the problem may be with the scooter's battery or charging circuit; in this case, the battery or charging cable may need to be replaced.

1. Please fully charge the scooter.

2. Check the tire pressure and ensure it matches the required values (for tubeless tires: 45 psi; for tires with inner tubes: 50 psi; refer to the specifications on the tire).

3. Check the braking force. Lift the front and rear wheels and check that they spin smoothly and without excessive resistance.

4. Ride the scooter on a flat surface with a fully charged battery at a constant speed of 15 km/h (standard test speed for rated range) and record the distance traveled.

(Rated range: Measured with a 75 kg rider, 25°C ambient temperature, flat surface, no wind, and a constant speed of 15 km/h. The actual range may vary depending on rider weight, temperature, speed, wind, road conditions, and riding style. Higher speeds reduce the range, and low winter temperatures reduce the discharge capacity of the lithium battery, which also reduces the range.)
5. Cold winter temperatures significantly affect the discharge capacity of the lithium battery. Below 0°C, the usable battery capacity can drop to 70% of the total capacity or less (the lower the temperature, the greater the reduction).

6. Other factors affecting range include: riding speed, rider weight, road conditions, riding style (frequent acceleration and braking), wind speed, tire pressure, and brakes that are too tight.

1. Lift the wheel off the ground and spin it to check for any unusual noises or stiffness.
2. Inspect the mudguard and its mounting for any deformations or collisions that could be caused by loose screws.
3. Check the front fork, rear fork, and swingarm for cracks or deformations, and ensure all screws are properly tightened.

1. It is normal for the motor to generate electromagnetic noise at high RPMs.
2. After turning it off, lift the motorcycle and turn the wheel by hand to check for any unusual noises or resistance. Check the fender and its mount for deformations or contact that could be caused by loose screws. If no abnormalities are found, the problem may lie with the motor itself.
