Navee invited guests to Düsseldorf, where the Chinese company presented its current flagship e-scooter line-up, as well as an automatic e-caddy for golf enthusiasts.
Navee celebrates herself
As befits a young company that has been in existence for five years and has celebrated many successes during this time, Navee celebrated this with a launch event held in several European countries – including for the new flagship models ST3 and ST3 Pro . Navee also invited us to the German stop of this launch tour. Max flew to the city that gave us the Toten Hosen: beautiful Düsseldorf on the Rhine, for Beyond Pixels.
The place to be
The trip took me to the nightclub booked by Navee, the Düsseldorfer Nachtresidenz – according to the venue's own description, the "place to be" – after all, well-known trade press, such as my colleagues from PCGH, various content creators, and ourselves, had been promised a lot of entertainment. Among other things, two BMX pros were to put the Navee scooters through their paces and test their stunt capabilities.

Volatile guys, this Chris Böhm and this Miguel Franzen
Host Harris led the program, beginning by sharing some facts and figures about Navee: information about the company's founding five years ago was introduced, the company motto and the ambitions that the Chinese brand has consistently followed ever since were praised, and finally the scepter was passed on to the event's first speaker.

Harris led the Navee Launch Event and then invited Victoria Moritz, Brand Representative for Navee, to the stage
Veronica Moritz, Brand Representative and Key Account Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, was next to take the stage. She, too, was full of enthusiasm for the brand and its goals in the competitive e-mobility market.
She praised the sharp increase in business figures and technological achievements such as full suspension and dual brakes with the e-scooter equivalent of ABS that distinguish Navee scooters.

The two current flagships, sorry, flag scooters, ST3 and ST3 Pro
In addition to the milestones Navee has already achieved and praise for the current lineup, there was also a brief look into the future. Two slides at the end of Veronica Moritz's talk teased what that might look like.
Start buggying me, please!
Since Victoria Moritz didn't want to comment on the pictures, but mischievously said that many things were possible, I can only speculate.
The first image showed a sketchy bike. Not a typical e-bike, though; Navee already has those in its product line. It actually looked like an e-motorcycle in the style of a racing bike or something similar. That would indeed be a logical next step in Navee's portfolio.
The second schematic slide made me raise an eyebrow again, as it seemed to show a buggy, perhaps even an electric quad?! If that's really Navee's ambition, I just say all power to you, because this could be a lot of fun.

Chao Huang, Product Manager of Navee, presents the current line-up
Victoria Moritz left the stage and made way for Navee's Product Manager, Chao Huang. He seemed a bit nervous at the beginning and therefore stuck to reciting the data sheets of the current Navee product line-up, starting with GT3 about his bigger brothers Per and Max , as well as the current flagships ST3 and ST3 Pro . According to Navee, it can handle gradients of up to 28 degrees without loss of performance.

What few of the media representatives present expected came at the end of Chao Huang's presentation. Navee introduced an e-caddy, the Pro version of which even automatically tracks golfers. Gone are the days when you had to pull the caddy or even carry the clubs yourself like the rabble in the sweaty extreme sport of golf. Oh, AI, I'm looking forward to your rebellion 😉
Scooter stunts?

Chris Böhm performed most of the impressive stunts on his hobbyhorse, the BMX
The highlight of the event was a show in which BMX world record holders Chris Böhm and Miguel Franzen took Navee scooters to the next level. The two started by riding the current Navee top models, performing a few ollies on the e-scooters, and certainly putting the models' suspension to the test.

They then concluded with a short performance on their BMX bikes. They gracefully performed a backflip over an influencer draped on a scooter, thus concluding the show portion of the launch event.
For the record, the influencer and the e-scooter are doing well.
Max the Showman
After the show program, it was planned to have both the ST3 Pro , the ST3 , as well as many other products from the Navee portfolio, either to ride them myself on two small test tracks or at least to see them in the showroom and try them out for myself. Since my flight was already leaving, I had to rush the Navee scooters to put them through their paces.

The Three Brothers, Navee GT3 , GT3 Pro and GT3 Max
As a scooter novice, I dared to try a short acceleration test and a small slalom on the 20-meter test track. I managed a speed of 19 km/h in those 20 meters. I also managed a ramp with a gradient of about 20 degrees, with a bit of a run-up. Mind you, with my build, I definitely push the Navee scooters to their limits, so I couldn't climb 28 degrees without losing speed.
Overall, though, I'm really hooked on the ride. I'm curious to see how the scooter will perform in a real-life test. First, I'm heading back to Vienna.
Many thanks to Navee for the invitation to Düsseldorf.
